The fourth Saturday of September we celebrate the "European Day of the Mushroom". Hundreds of mushroom-based activities are organized on this day throughout Europe.

 
 

 
The first day of the mushroom was held in 2016. Every year the "edible mushroom of the year" will be announced and will apply as the theme for the year in question. The "European Day of the Mushroom" aims, among other things, to increase the public interest in mushrooms and increase knowledge about mushrooms and fungi.
